the Form Template box
NOTE 1: Microsoft Access uses this template when creating a new form without using a form wizard. The default template defines the default characteristics of a new form. For example, the template determines which sections a new form will have and the dimensions for each section. However, the template does not create controls on the form.
NOTE 2: Changing the default template does not affect any existing forms.
4) Do one of the following:
a) Click 'Apply' to apply the new settings and keep the 'Options' dialog box open.
NOTE: Click 'Apply' when there are changes that need to be made to settings on another tab. This avoids having to re-open the 'Options' dialog box.
b) Click 'OK' to apply the new settings and close the 'Options' dialog box.
